We focus on identifying and treating the root cause of issues like hair fall, dandruff, premature greying, and thinning using a holistic approach.

At Shree Yash's Ayurvedic Clinic, I always believe that treating hair fall starts with understanding why it’s happening. Each patient who visits me has a unique reason—and until we find that, the results will only be temporary. Here are the main causes I commonly see:
Too much mental pressure or overthinking affects your entire body—especially your hair. Many patients come to me with hair fall that started after emotional stress, work tension, or lack of sleep. When the mind is disturbed, the scalp health also gets disturbed.
Even if you eat well, if your digestion is weak, the nutrients don’t reach your hair roots. Ayurveda calls this “Aama” (toxins) in the body. This undigested food blocks nourishment to the scalp and leads to hair breakage or thinning.
In my Ayurvedic diagnosis, hair fall is often linked to Vata (dryness, weakness, roughness) or Pitta (heat, inflammation, early greying). A person with aggravated doshas often shows hair issues along with skin, digestion, or sleep problems.
I see many women suffering hair loss during PCOD, menopause, or after delivery. These are hormonal phases, and if not supported properly, the hair loss worsens. Ayurveda helps bring these changes under control naturally—without any harmful medication.
Iron, calcium, protein, and vitamins are very important for hair roots. Even a small deficiency over time causes hair to become weak and thin. I guide my patients to build this back slowly with food and Ayurvedic herbs—not just tablets.
It’s common for hair to shed in large amounts a month or two after fever, dengue, typhoid, or COVID. The body is recovering, and hair roots become temporarily inactive. We focus on rejuvenating those roots with herbal tonics and external treatments.
Hair straightening, coloring, keratin, or frequent styling slowly strips the strength of your hair. I always ask my patients to switch to mild, ayurvedic products. We prepare chemical-free oils, serums, and packs right at our clinic for this reason.
Some people have a family history of hair loss—especially seen in men as receding hairlines or thinning crown. I combine Ayurvedic medicine with modern options like PRP and electrotherapy to slow down the pattern and protect the existing hair.
If the scalp is not clean or if there’s continuous itching or flakes, it directly weakens the hair root. I check the scalp condition personally and advise medicated oils, Nasya therapy, and detox if needed.
Even if you eat well, if your digestion is weak, the nutrients don’t reach your hair roots. Ayurveda calls this “Aama” (toxins) in the body. This undigested food blocks nourishment to the scalp and leads to hair breakage or thinning.
Late sleeping, lack of water, no exercise, too much screen time—these small daily habits build up and start affecting your skin and hair. I offer simple and practical lifestyle tips that support not just your hair, but your overall health.
Let’s listen, understand, and treat it the right way—with a personalised plan for you. Book your consultation at Shree Yash's Ayurvedic Clinic.
At Shree Yash's Ayurvedic Clinic, we meet many patients who are tired of trying chemical-based products or temporary fixes for their hair issues. The truth is—hair problems don’t just happen on the surface. They’re often connected to your digestion, stress levels, hormones, sleep, and overall balance of the body.
That’s why we combine traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern therapies to treat hair issues from the inside out. Here are the hair problems we commonly treat:
From an Ayurvedic view, hair fall is often linked to Vata and Pitta imbalance, along with poor nourishment to the hair follicles.
We use Electrotheraphy and PRP therapy to activate sleeping follicles, and Ayurvedic medicines to nourish the scalp.
Dandruff is commonly triggered by excessive oiliness, poor digestion, or fungal overgrowth on the scalp.
It may be due to Pitta aggravation, poor sleep, mental stress, smoking, or even a family tendency.
Alopecia Areata is a condition where hair starts falling in round patches, usually on the scalp, beard, or eyebrows.
Androgenic Alopecia is a common type of hair loss caused by hormonal imbalance and genetics.
